FOR THE LOVE OF CHICKPEA

As children, we lived off of our grandmother's falafel and hummus. When we moved to Austin, we yearned for her exceptional cooking. Thus began our passion project - Chickpea.

Our falafel and hummus recipe has been in the family for 5 generations - guaranteed to transport you, as it does us, to the streets of Palestine. One bite will transform your definition of authentic falafel and hummus. But we couldn't stop there. To bring to life the chickpea, we bake our bread on-site to pillowy perfection.

 

For the love of Chickpea and our Pale Blue Dot, we are on a mission to introduce authentic falafel and hummus to Austin in alignment with and service of Mother Earth.
